New Moon in Pisces and Spring Equinox– Beyond What The Eye Can See

Hello my astro friends and readers, this New Moon is truly magnificent. It closes the eclipse season. It is at the same time an exhale, a release, and the completion of a long cycle, as well as a new beginning.
It speaks of memories that are deeply held within the soul. This is why there is such a pull toward dissolving, accompanied by a strong need to surrender control.
The 28th degree, close to the anaretic point, belongs to the Aether. What is being felt now goes beyond. This degree speaks of the subtle and immaterial, the spiritual, the space between worlds and levels of consciousness, and experiences that have no definite form.
And yet — something still remains to be felt and released.
But information doesn’t come through logic now. Nothing is logical; it can even feel meaningless, unexplainable, untouchable. We may not even be able to name it, but we can certainly feel it — and we feel deeply with the Pisces Moon.
This is not light energy. There is a fatigue of the old self.
And at the same time — an inability to return to who we once were.
Past, present, and future merge into one.
In a single moment, everything makes sense and nothing makes sense at all.
We may even feel lost. And that’s okay.
This is all the realm of Pisces — the last sign of the zodiac, the sign of the mystic, the seer, the oracle, and the artist.
This rare and beautiful lunation gently disarms us of the ego, the mind, old ways of thinking, and rigid beliefs, inviting a surrender that opens the way to higher consciousness and deeper perception.
It invites us to bow inwardly — to soften, to feel, perhaps to smile, perhaps to cry — because something deep within longs for release, and we sense that we have completed something far beyond our rational understanding.
This release is related to the house of Pisces in your natal chart. It reflects what remains after Neptune and Saturn have spent 2.5 and 14 years in this area of life. This emotional release happens on a soul level — necessary so that something entirely new can begin.

While this New Moon carries the weight of karmic cycles dissolving, Neptune — its ruler — now stands in the first degrees of Aries, already whispering of a new beginning. It feels as if we are standing between two worlds. Only a curtain remains. Behind it — something entirely new. Unlived. Existing.
Maybe even a little frightening.
And we feel it.
The world now seems chaotic. Unstable. Not entirely safe. But can it all stay the same when such profound, significant change is occurring — a change in our collective values, beliefs, and internal and external systems? This collapse is necessary. Although frightening, it is inevitable.

There are new paradigms to be birthed. Aquarius invites connections, communities, and organizations. The New Moon sextile Pluto in Aquarius, ruled by Uranus in Taurus finishing its 8-year-long journey, speaks of profound transformation when it comes to groups, people in our lives, and the importance of values.
Sextiles require conscious actions.
We are all going through the deepest deconditioning, and Uranus in Taurus (ruled by Venus in Aries) reminds us that individuation is tied to values.
So we listen to ourselves — what truly matters to our hearts — and we act courageously, expressing ourselves clearly and boldly. Venus in Aries asks us to dare to be who we are, to show our true desires.

Over the next two weeks, we are re-birthing ourselves. The world is birthing itself too. It is a time when life begins to shift through karmic circumstances that ask for a conscious, introspective response. Old patterns, illusions, fears, wounds, and attachments rise to the surface — in waves — to be acknowledged.
This is an invitation for transformation. An evolutionary leap.
With Mercury stationing direct exactly on the North Node in Pisces during the Equinox, our thinking and communication realign with our soul’s evolutionary direction. It marks a moment where inner truth and intuition become the guiding force of expression, dissolving past mental patterns so that we can articulate what our soul has been learning.
This is not just a mental shift — it is a karmic turning point where purpose becomes palpable in everything we say and write.
This can be seen as a moment when your consciousness and mind “click” with what your soul truly desires, and when your communication begins to reflect that deeper purpose rather than just the intellect.
Yet the square to Black Moon Lilith in Sagittarius challenges us to confront hidden fears, suppressed instincts, and unexpressed truths. I love this square. I would advise embracing this tension as an opportunity to speak and think authentically, integrating these shadow energies.

Adding to this, Jupiter in Cancer — the ruler of Black Moon Lilith — is now direct, forming a harmonious trine to Mercury, the North Node, and Mars in Pisces. This energy gently supports our intuition and the deep truths we are ready to speak.
At the same time, the square to Venus in Aries reminds us to navigate the tension between our desires, values, and relationships, inviting conscious choice and heartfelt integrity.
Emotional connections over physical ones.

Mercury is very much in the spotlight now. So I think it’s time to say a few words about Mercury in Pisces, since this is my natal placement — and yes, I have lived with it my whole life. :))
This messenger is spiral, intuitive, with a rich dream life. It’s a mind that loves the mystical, poetry, images, reads subtle energies, and is hyper-perceptive and dreamy AF. Mercury in Pisces is abstract most of the time. It’s only when you take a pen and paper, or a brush, that thoughts begin to make sense — they start to form a flow.
So with Mercury in Pisces, thinking is mostly intuitive and a bit chaotic for the logical mind.
It can be quite chaotic because this Mercury is tuned into the emotional state. It needs time to process before it can articulate.
Mercury here understands the language of art, paintings, music, words, symbolic language, and hidden truths and realms. It loves to talk about inner life and emotions. It senses and knows without the need to rationalize.
It just knows.

Scheat is a fixed star located at the end of Pisces (around 29° in the tropical zodiac).
This star conjunct our New Moon brings profound insights. Its energy is connected to powerful emotional, mental, and spiritual transformations, often experienced through pain and isolation.
When channeled constructively, it can bring metaphysical or poetic wisdom, mental creativity, and deep intellectual understanding.
